I wanted to express my appreciation for the pleasant car buying and service experiences that I had this past month at your place of business. For most of us, buying a car or having service done at a new car dealership is an experience filled with appropriately placed anxiety at best, and a sense of impending disaster at worst. I was aware of your dealership's excellent reputation and you exceeded my expectations. Not only did I leave your establishment convinced that I had received a fair deal, but was the recipient of exceptional customer service in both the sales and service departments.
I want to specifically mention Jaime and
Bill, the Assistant Service Manager went out of his way to help with some after purchase service issues ?all resolved without a dollar out of my pocket- WOW! I feel safe and comfortable in my new car.

What a relief and pleasure to actually find a car company that is not only capable of fine customer service, but actually delivers it! I wish you and your crew great and continued success.
